Description
Marlow Cottage Hospital, now MarlowCommunity Hospital (B1).
The Cottage Hospital moved [from original site on Cambridge Road] to purpose-built premises in Glade Road in 1915. The building was opened by General Higginson (B3).
Cottage hospital built in 1914 to designs by G. Berkeley Wills. Of red brick with tiled roofs and mainly single-storey - an attic storey with mansard roof was added. In 1980 a new ward was built to designs by F. Towers. Buildings report dated Jul 1992 - Jul 1993 held at NMR (B2,B4).
