Description

In Oxfordshire:
Benzelin holds Lillingstone (Lovell) from the King. 2 1/2 hides. Land for 2 ploughs. Now in lordship 1 plough. 3 villagers with 1 smallholder have 1 plough. Woodland 10 furlongs long and and 5 furlongs wide. The value is and was 40s. Azor held it freely before 1066.
Richard the Artificer holds 2 1/2 hides in Lillingstone (Lovell) from the King. Land for 2 ploughs. 1 hide and 1 virgate of this land is in lordship. 5 villagers with 1 smallholder and 1 slave have 2 ploughs. Woodland 10 furlongs long and 5 furlongs wide. The value was 40s; now 60s. (B1).
