OBV: VESPASIAN. REV: ILLEGIBLE (FORTUNA WITH RUDDER & CORNUCOPIA). AD69-79. DUG UP IN GARDEN BY MR E FRENCH (B1-3).



SP 766276. A dupondius of Vespasian was dug up in his garden by E French, No.16 Missenden Road, Winslow (B2).
The findspot of the Roman coin at SP 76522759 was indicated by E French (B5) who stated that the coin was found in 1964 associated with a "gravel track c 1ft deep" (B4).
