Description

[In Bedfordshire in the Half-Hundred of Stanbridge] Gilbert of Ghent holds Edlesborough. It answers for 10 hides. Land for 7 ploughs. Ulf, a thane of King Edward's, held this manor; he could do what he would with it.
[In Buckinghamshire in yardley Hundred] Gilbert of Ghent holds Edlesborough. It answers for 20 hides. Land for 14 ploughs; in lordship 10 hides; 4 ploughs there. 26 villagers with 4 smallholders have 10 ploughs. 10 slaves; 2 mills at 15s 4d; meadow for 4 ploughs; woodland, 400 pigs.
