Description

Two-storey building with external staircase to first floor door. Has typical appearance of a chairmaking workshop of the late 19th -early 20th century. Exterior has been clad with white plastic boarding - assumed to be brick and/or timber beneath. Modern windows. Last used by Furniture Direct for manufacturing/warehouse use. Planning permission granted to demolish and erect flats (2003). Report and photograph (B1).
