Description

Two-storey red brick furniture factory with modern replacement windows. L-shaped building reached via an unmade side-road along the side of 24 Slater Street. Denner Hill setts survive at junction. Reputed to have been built in 1920 on the site of a timber workshop damaged by fire. As at 2004 used by Philip Boorman who makes bespoke chairs of very high quality.
