Date stone of 1909 on gable. Two-storey factory in L-formation with walls of brick and timber. Single storey gate office to the front with tile roof probably built later. Another single storey building with sloping roof has been altered. The Cabinet Maker and Complete House Furnisher of 2 September 1933 shows factory occupied by Morris, White & Boreham. Subsequently used by Will Beck but now appears disused. This is the least altered of the three factories (see CASS 0845600000 and 0845700000). Report and photograph (B1). Grid ref in centre of site.
