Description

Two storey brick and slate building formerly in the backyard of a dwelling house (since demolished for road widening) and now numbered 7A Green Street. Upper door and large door on ground floor typical of a chairmaker's workshop but as at 2004 no confirmatory evidence of such a use has been found. Almost derelict. Appears contemporaneous with surrounding housing of 1890s/early 1900s. Report and photographs (B1).
