Description

Two-storey industrial building now used as an engineering works but formerly a furniture factory (OS map 1967 & 1975). Probably occupied by the firm of H W Garland & Sons in the 1920s ('The Cabinet Maker and Complete House Furnisher', 30 October 1926). Very large metal framed windows appear original. Probably built in the 1920s. Record and photographs (B1).
