Believed to have been formerly occupied with another furniture factory building at the rear which is in conventional furniture factory form (two-storey brick with slate roof). One of a group of former furniture factories built in the 1920s when Copyground Lane was laid out. The building is pebble-dashed and has been modernised to form offices and a workshop. As at 2004 occupied by a company which makes water-ionisation systems. See report for detail and photographs (B1). See also PRN 0843900000).
