Description

Avon Works, 23 Chairborough Road comprising a single storey and two-storey building in an L-formation with a yard in front. Both of red brick and slate. Originally built in the 1930s but the two storeybuilding has new windows and may have been altered. It still has an external metal staircase. Marked as furniture factory on 1975 OS 50 inch map. As at 2004 occupied by Wycombe Industrial Safety. See report for detail and photograph (B1).
