Description
Archaeological watching brief carried out by Archaeologica Ltd in February 2003 during groundworks for new access drive and stables identified a modern backfilled quarry and undated ditches and pits. Finds of pottery, tile and a spread of limestone fragments suggest the presence of a Romano-British building in the vicinity. See report for details (B1).
