Description

[Full extent of the settlement is uncertain, but is indicated by findspots and archaeological mitigations works.]

Evaluation trial trenching carried out in June 2004 by Oxford Archaeology recovered residual finds of Romano-British building material including roof and flue tiles, probably indicating a building in the immediate vicinity (B1). See CAS 6292 for other Romano-British tiles in the vicinity.
