Description

The OS 1st edition 6in map surveyed in 1878-80 shows a farmhouse with garden, and two outbuildings or barns within an irregularly shaped rectangualr enclosure. The farmstead is on the southern side of the trackway which runs from the brickfields at Bacon House Farm in the NE into Wood End/Little Horwood (1).
