Description
Thomas Glenister's furniture factory was moved to Temple End from a site in Oxford Road by 1883. Temple Works was still in production in 1990, but by 1996 was disused and the buildings were demolished in March 1997 prior to redevelopment (B1-2). OS maps mark the site as a farm in 1880 but as a factory in 1898. NGR to centre of works.
