Description

Find made during a rally of the Weekend Wanderers Detecting Club - a denarius of reign of Hadrian. The find was made in the top 6 inches of ploughsoil. A search of an area 20m x 20m around the find spot was made but no other finds were made. Other Roman coins and a Romano-British brooch were found in the same field (CAS 6862) (1) .
