FROM FILL OF IA DITCH CAME A FEW HAND-MADE BODY SHERDS INCLUDING SHELL-TEMPERED, FLINT GRITTED & SANDY. NO DISTINCTIVE SHERDS, BUT AN IA DATE IS LIKELY. 57 BELGIC/RB SHERDS ALSO RECOVERED FROM SITE IN FIELDWALKING, BUT NO ROMAN FEATURES (B13).
