Description
Grade II. Monument. Mid C18. To members of Lane family. Ashlar. Square with recessed corners. Moulded plinth and cornice, pyramid stone cap with recessed corners and ball finial. 3 stone steps at base. Inscriptions on sides to Richard Lane of Poynatts 1730, Richard Lane of Millend 1789, Rd. Lane of Millend 1785, and Elizabeth wife of Rd. Lane 1745 (B8).
South of the church the smaller Lane Mausloeum. The earliest inscribed date of death is 1739 (B9).
