Description

Reports (from1992-8) of the finding of thirty-five 2nd-4th century coins (corroded) and a very large spread of pottery (inlcuding up to 20 sherds of moratia from different bowls). Other metal finds include a silver hooked tag - the rear is damaged and minus the loops; bronze shield shaped piece with broken loops at one end and a turned spindle shape at the other; an iron eagle head with dished back; a cast iron bit; and one complete and one broken rear stud with hollow reverse (1)
