Late Neolithic to early Bronze Age flintwork and Romano-British pottery (manuring scatter?) recovered during fieldwalking carried out the County Museum Archaeological Group in March 1992. Impression noted of a fairly even scatter of flint across the field (finds distribution not plotted). Assemblage as a whole very mixed and plentiful including large numbers of struck flakes, cores and several tools. 14 burnt flints, 4 Romano-British pottery sherds and post-medieval pottery etc also recovered (B1). Highest concentration of flintwork within third of field closest to SE and SW boundaries (B2).
