Description

Slight traces of 2 distinct blocks of ridge and furrow earthworks running east-west and north-south and approx 6m apart, were noted in Field 3 during watching brief carried out in February and March 2002 by Northants Archaeology. Further remains of furrows orientated east-west and 10m apart were also recorded as cut features in Field 2 after topsoil stripping (B1). NGR to centre of Field 3.
