Description

Putative hoard of BA metalwork found by metal detectorist, said to include axe heads, spearheads, twisted bronze bracelets and scrap bars - a fair quantity. Find spot described as being where broken hedge meets field boundary of wood to E of field, within a yard of the wood - presence of RB field system in wood noted. The hedge is on 1989 AP but not on OS map (B1).
Presumably the same hoard as CAS 09589?
