Description

Perforated quartzite pebble macehead. Brought to BCM during archaeology day course by finder and seen by M Farley 29/04/2000. Brief examination only. Formed on natural pebble bored from both sides - hour-glass perforation. Part broken one face. End shows signs of ?use battering. Donated to BCM by finder (B1).
