Blocks of surviving ridge and furrow of the township of Quainton, enclosed 1840. Total acreage (1995): ?% survival - ? acres; (1999): ?% survival - ? acres. Initial assessment made for Monuments Protection Programme (MPP), (for further sources see summary filed). Large area of ridge and furrow unites Quainton township with those of Shipton Lee to the west and Fulbrook (Hogshaw parish) to the north (B1).
