Mentioned by Sheahan in 1862 as surrounded by 1 1/2 acres of ground including shrubs and lawns. Now called Prestwood Park House Retirement Home, the grounds have been subdivided and development has partly occurred. The first edition 6-inch OS map shows formal gardens, grounds and an orchard. Modern AP's and maps show the grounds to be intact but not very detailed (B2).
