Plan Form - RECTANGULAR
CROPMARK ENCLOSURE AND BOUNDARY DITCH. IT IS NOT SHOWN AS PART OF HILLMOTTS FURZE\HILLMOTTS WOOD ON THE 1883 OS MAP. IT IS NOT PEPPERED WITH HOLES AS FORMER WOODLAND AREAS ARE FURTHER NORTH. IT ALSO APPEARS TO RUN AROUND THE TOP OF 300' CONTOUR. UNKNOWN DATE BUT MAYBE OLD? (B1).
Cropmark visible on 1989 aerial photographs which seems to extend the field boundary from the NW. In 1763 field known as 'further twelve acres without boundary' (B2).
