DURING LAYING OF WATER PIPELINE 2 SHERDS OF MEDIEVAL POTTERY AND ROOF TILES FOUND FROM AN AREA C.1M ACROSS. SAMPLE OF TILE RETAINED SHOWS 2 PAW IMPRE-SSIONS (OF CAT & DOG?). TILE UNDIAGNOSTIC: MEDIEVAL OR LATER DATE (B1). IMPRESS-ED TILE GIVEN TO BCM (B2).
