Description

Plan Form - CIRCULAR
RING DITCH EAST OF THE ROMAN POT FIND (B2).

A probable Bronze Age round barrow site is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs taken in 2004. The site is centred at SP 7013 0997 and comprises a circular ring-ditch which probably defines a Bronze Age funerary monument such as a round barrow (3).
