TOM CLARK'S 'AREA I'. FINDS REPORTED INCLUDE ROMAN COINS, TILE, POTTERY, AND A STONE SCATTER (B1). IN DECEMBER 1996 TOM CLARK REPORTS A 'MASSIVE AMOUNT OF BITS AND PIECES' ON BOTH SIDES OF THE RAILWAY LINE (SEE ALSO CASS 00656:03)(B2).
