PRELIMINARY FIELDWALKING BY V KEMPSTER, & SYSTEMATIC FIELDWALKING BY CMAG IN 1994, DISCOVERED MUCH ROMANO-BRITISH POTTERY (SEE CASS 00:001-2). INDICATIVE OF SETTLEMENT SITE OF C.180x90M. SPARSE MEDIEVAL POT (CASS 01:000) & NEO FLINT FLAKES & SCRAPER (CASS 02:000). NGR TO CENTRE OF AREA FIELDWALKED (B1).
