BUILDER REPORTS DISCOVERY OF A STONE-LINED WELL TO THE REAR OF ABOVE ADDRESS. PARTLY OVERLAIN BY VICTORIAN PASSAGE, WITH A LEAD PIPE LEADING DOWN IN TO WELL.DIAMETER C.3 FEET. CONTAINS WATER. LINING STONE SIMILAR TO THE ELIZABETHAN HOUSE. SEE ALSO CASS 11673:02. NGR TO CENTRE OF BUILDING (B2).
