Description

ROMANO-BRITISH POTTERY SCATTER FROM A 2M WIDE PLOUGHED STRIP ON THE NORTHERN EDGE OF AN OTHERWISE UNPLOUGHED FIELD. FOUND DURING FIELDWALKING BY TED BULL IN JULY/AUGUST 1995. 4 JAR RIMS; 1 STORAGE JAR RIM; 1 BASE; 5 SHERDS. DATE POSS C2-C3 AD. ON COURSE OF ROMAN ROAD FROM FLEET MARSTON (CASS 02034) (B1).
