Description

Grade II. House. Mid C18, altered, with later extensions to rear. Chequer brick, whitewashed except for front; rendered plinth, chamfered and off-set brick eaves; hipped old tile roof; brick chimneys to left and between right bays. Double pile. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Paired wooden casements to ground floor left and first floor centre; 3-pane sashes to first floor outer bays. Windows in outer bays have box frames to jambs. Ground floor right bays have C20 shallow hipped projection, glazed, with door to left. Main door inside is 6-panelled with rusticated brick surround and stepped voussoirs. Lean-to to left. Interior: rear right bay has re-used c.1600 ovolo moulded spine beam (B1).
