Grade II+. C18. Stucco, hipped old tiled roof. 2 storeys, eaves level entablature with pulvinated frieze, modillion cornice under blocking course with ball finials at angles and to apex of roof. West front 6 panelled door in eared architrave surround under pulvinated frieze cornice moulding surmounted by panel. Other fronts have each 1 sash windows with glazing bars (B9).
Kitty's Lodge and Daphne's Temple, were erected to flank the original main entrance to the north of the house, and were designed to appear together as twin lodges viewed from the road. Kitty's Lodge (also known as the North Lodge) is a square two storey building, with a tiled pyramid roof, eaves-level entablature (with pulvinated frieze and modillion cornice) and a main doorway to the west surrounded by an eared architrave. Other elevations have single sash windows to each floor. Both buildings appear on the 1752 survey and were probably the work of Donowell (B13).
