Description

Grade II. C18 or early C19 front to earlier timber framed structure colour washed brick, old tiled roof. 2 storeys. Ground floor: right hand C19 double hung sash window, left hand canted bay window and 4 flush panel door, both with continuous frieze and cornice forming hood over doorway. 1st floor 3 light flush wood mullion lattice casement. Projecting right central chimney stack. East gable has exposed timber framework with red brick nogging. Left hand single storey outshut with old tiled roof. Outbuildings adjoining No 2 on West, Nos 2 to 5 (consec), Nos 7 to 9 (consec), The Swan Public House, West Wycombe Branch County Library, Nos 10 to 13 (consec), No 15, Black Boy Cottage, The George and Dragon Inn and Nos 16 to 23 (consec) form a group (B1).
