Description

Grade II+. C18. Flint rubble with red brick dressings and quoins, old tiled roof. 2 storeys, basement and attics, moulded brick stringcourse at 1st floor level. Bold wooden modillioned cornice with egg and tongue enrichment to bed mould. 3 modern casement box dormers. 5 sash windows flush set without glazing bars under 1st floor flat arches, ground floor segmental arches. Central 8 panelled door in fielded panelled reveal and elaborate surround of engaged Roman Ionic columns, under entablature with pulvinated frieze, bracketed cornice and open bracketed pediment, the cornice breaking forward over the columns.
