Description

Grade II. Early C18 cottage. Red and grey brick and flint rubble, old tiled roof with weatherboarded south gable. L plan, 2 storeys, 2 casement windows with glazing bars. Graded for group value. No 39A, Fern Cottage, No 39, 40A, 40, 41, 41A, 42, 42A, 43, 44 and Christadelphian Chapel form a group (B1).
