Description

Grade II. Early C18. Single storey and basement. Flint rubble with red brick dressings and quoins, old tiled roof. North elevation wall rebuilt recently in red brick with canted bay Neo-Georgian shop-window. West side elevation 1 casement, loft door in gable. East side elevation grey headers, red stretchers, floor bands, casement with glazing bars under cambered arch, Graded for group value.
Pound Cottage, Clerk of Works Cottage and Bird World Cottage form a group (B1).
