Description

Grade II. Early C18. Flint rubble and red and grey brick, red brick quoins and dressings, old tiled roof. 2 storeys, 4 casements with glazing bars. Central block faced with red brick with corbelled cornice; north west wing of painted timber with thin verticals, Welsh slate roof. Graded for group value. Pound Cottage, Clerk of Works Cottage and Bird World Cottage form a group (B1).
