Grade II. Early C18. Flint rubble walls with red brick quoins and dressings, old tiled roof. Single storey and attics, 2 casement windows with glazing bars. 3, formerly 2, gabled casement dormers with glazing bars. Modern 2 window west wing. Graded for group value. Pound Cottage, Clerk of Works Cottage and Bird World Cottage form a group (B1).
