Grade II. C18. Red and grey brickwork, old tiled roof. 2 storeys, 3 flush sliding sashes, ground floor cambered relieving arches. Wooden pedimented porch with tiled roof. Marsh Green House, Rosedale and Box Tree House form a group (B1).
