Grade II. C18. Red and grey brickwork, machine tiled roof. 2 storeys, 3 flush sliding casements, ground floor cambered relieving arches. Pedimented wooden porch, trellis type. Marsh Green House, Rosedale and Box Tree House form a group (B1).
