Description

Grade II. Early to mid C19, altered. Stucco, hipped Welsh slate roof with cavetto and coved cornice. 2 storeys, slight central projection, 2:1:2 sashes in reveals with glazing bars. 2 ground floor modern canted bays and central closed porch with pantiled roof (B1).
In 1872 the Swan was recorded as first licenced in 1832, with the publican recorded as Alfred Allen and the owners were Messrs Wheeler and Co [Wycombe Brewery](B2).
