Description

Grade II. House. Mid C18 with earlier core. Flint with brick dressings, the left bays with narrow bricks; C18-C19 dentil eaves; old tile roof; chimney of narrow brick between right bays. L-plan. 2 storeys, 3-bay front. 2 and 3-light leaded casements, some C20, the ground floor left openings with gauged heads. 5-light casement to ground floor right, part in blocked doorway. C20 door with Gothick leaded glazing between left bays, also with gauged head. Lean-to to left. Earlier rear wing with small square light in off-set and chamfered brick surround to rear gable. Remainder of rear has catslide extension and C20 lobby linking house to converted former outbuilding (B1).
