Description

Grade II. Two houses. C17 rear wing, altered, with early C19 house built across front. Rear wing has timber frame with brick infill exposed in rear gable, remainder mostly rebuilt in flint with brick dressings, pebble- dashed to first floor left. Old tile roof, brick chimney to right. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Paired wooden casements, C20 board door to left of centre. C20 weatherboard extension to left. Interior retains timber framing in cross walls. At one time used as lace school. Early C19 wing is of flint with brick dressings, dentil eaves, old tile roof, brick chimney to left. 2 storeys, 2 bays. C20 rectangular bay windows to ground floor, the right with roof carried over central door. Paired wooden casement to first floor left, 4-pane sash to right (B1).
