Description

Grade II. An elaborate screen consisting of a series of circular brick piers with moulded stone base s and caps with stone balls, across front, plain r ails of early C19 type between, and opposite main door, a fine (reconstructed) c18 wrought iron gate with equal sized fixed panels each side, all of plain rails with scroll pattern side panels and pyramid scroll cresting. There is a similar screen and gates on the opposite side of the road. This is listed as a separate item (B1).
