Description

Grade II. C18. 2 storeys. Brick. Dentilled brick eaves. Old tile roof. 4 windows on 1st floor. Glazing bars intact. Ground floor has: yard entry left hand, C19 shop window with modern glazing, and 6 panel house door with curved and reeded surround and doorcase of pilasters and console brackets with cut brackets and flat moulded hood, and wide angular bay with small cornice to right hand. This property is used as a garage (B1).
In late 19th century/early 20th century the premises of Warner and Drye, carriage builders who diversified into car repairs (B2).
