Description
Grade II. Late Cl8. 2 storeys, stucco, 3 windows. Glazing bars. Shop front, and doors to right and left set between plain pilasters. The stucco is arranged in patterned panels with a band at the lst floor. Parapet. Modern tile roof (B1).
Buildings report dated Jun 1980 held at NMR (B2).
Negative trial trenching carried out by TVAS in November 2013 during groundworks for construction of a new house to the rear of the existing frontage buildings. 0.41m-0.91m of made ground was observed overlying undisturbed subsoil. See report for detail (B3).
