Description

Grade II. Late C18 or early C19. 2 storeys and attic. Stucco. One window on each floor with attic window in gable. Glazing bars intact. Modern shop front, old tile roof. Much altered at the back (B1).
Buildings report dated Jun 1980 held at NMR (B2).
Negative trial trenching carried out by TVAS in November 2013 during groundworks for construction of a new house to the rear of the existing frontage buildings. 0.41m-0.91m of made ground was observed overlying undisturbed subsoil. See report for detail (B3).
