Description

Grade II. Cl8. 2 storey, stucco, one bay of casements only. Parapet, flat topped casement dormer and old tile roof. Old stack. Probably originally one dwelling with No 40. Present entrance is to right under low lean-to extension (B1).
De-listed 9th February 2021 as building no longer extant (B2).
